This Place sent me away because I didn’t have the money up front to pay their Vet Bill, even tho My Pet Insurence wanted to pay them directly. I have TruPanion, Which does Vet direct pay. Trupanion also offered to pay the bill before, they even serviced my dog. They still did not want too treat my pet that is in pain. They wanted me to come in and spend 140.00 cash or credit upfront just so they can tell me what they think was wrong with my pet, with out any real tests. I Spent 1400.00 a month ago for blood tests and and ultra sound of my dogs belly, for them to tell 8yr pup was just have arthritis pain and could be managed with pain meds. This was not true. I now my pet is in alot of pain. I’m not sure why they feel that they’re helping animals they are just worried about they’re Pockets not anyone’s Pet need. This Place should me ashamed of them selves….

(Many complaints on yelp were made due to lack of compassion, understaffed, exorbitant pricing,  price gauging. Also despite being an emergency facility 24/7 do not have emergency staff 24/7 and borderline negligent)
