AWFUL, HEARTBREAKING EXPERIENCE – Brought my dog in for emergency surgery, which she survived. Surgeon was very nice, and competent. HOWEVER, she didn’t receive appropriate after-care, putting her already weakened body in critical danger, and DESPITE my BEGGING for medical attention for over 3 hours, NO ONE came to assist – and she ultimately died. I am heartbroken, as she was healthy aside from a kidney stone creating a blockage and while weakened due to an infection and surgery, should have recovered. Instead, I have her ashes in a box and memories of watching her STRUGGLE to breathe. I am devastated by the lack of care she received despite so many, many requests for assistance. The Site Administrator tried desperately to understand what happened, why her care was overlooked…bottom line was a lack of communication and competency. PLEASE do your homework before bringing your beloved pet here. I was in a very difficult situation without TIME to research…perhaps if I had, she’d be sitting with me right now….

(Many complaints on yelp were made due to lack of compassion, understaffed, exorbitant pricing,  price gauging. Also despite being an emergency facility 24/7 do not have emergency staff 24/7 and borderline negligent)
