HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE ! My gut feeling was to leave ! But ! I didn’t ! My cat had to have an intestinal biopsy.Their priority was my signing the release form ( $ 4100 ) before anything was done ! That was their concern. Very unprofessional, uncaring and totally disconnected ! THEN !!! The obnoxiousness ! arrogance ! and condescension of the” Chief of Staff “should have been another red flag. AWFUL ! AWFUL ! AWFUL ! After the operation he never came in to discuss anything. Sent in a runner to discharge us who didn’t have a clue on anything that was done. And, when we insisted on seeing the doctor, he sent in his assistant! He never came in. Disgusting behavior! AND !!! No one ever called to see how she is managing or any follow up. Our own vet has taken charge and is guiding us through this. If you love and cherish your little ones !? Do not use this VET !!!!!!!!!

(Many complaints on yelp were made due to lack of compassion, understaffed, exorbitant pricing,  price gauging. Also despite being an emergency facility 24/7 do not have emergency staff 24/7 and borderline negligent)
