This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a sick pet. One of my bearded dragons, Larry, was sick..I brought him here. Big mistake. The “Doctor” took all of 30 seconds to examine him, then told us there was nothing wrong with him. He told me to follow up with my usual vet the following week. As soon as I picked Larry up, he started coughing and wheezing. I told the guy I wanted to see another doctor. The second doctor came in and said basically he wouldn’t treat him without us spending $400 on tests that may or not show what the problem was. He refused to start him on antibiotics until Larry could see his usual vet.I got the impression that while these “doctors” may have been able to treat a dog or a cat, they seemed to have little knowledge of exotic pets. I was able to reach Larry’s doctor that same day and she said to come right over. After she examined him, it turns out Larry did in fact have a respiratory infection that she said would have been hard for any doctor to miss. Shocker. These people don’t care about the animals..just the money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!

(Many complaints on yelp were made due to lack of compassion, understaffed, exorbitant pricing,  price gauging. Also despite being an emergency facility 24/7 do not have emergency staff 24/7 and borderline negligent)
