By far the worst experience ever! Would not recommend whatsoever. Waited for a total of over six hours. Took over an hour to get into a room, then over two hours to be seen in an exam room. Then it took over two and a half hour for the doctor to splint and wrap my dog. Doctor said to keep the splint and wrap on for seven days and follow up with my home vet, I followed up sooner. Home vet says the vet misdiagnosed my dog, claimed the fifth digit was injured when it was actually her first digit, my home vet proceeded to tell me it’s not a weight baring digit so there was no need to actually wrap the leg. Although the wrap was put on nicely, it caused an infection and wasn’t needed. Then on top of it, my home vet said he would have never prescribed the medication I received because it’s more of a sedative then anything. I will never return or recommend to anyone I know. This place is clearly just about making money and exploiting those in need of services.

(Many complaints on yelp were made due to lack of compassion, understaffed, exorbitant pricing,  price gauging. Also despite being an emergency facility 24/7 do not have emergency staff 24/7 and borderline negligent)
